Reviews and Ratings
Overall, I found this hotel to be a mixed bag. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, but unfortunately, they weren't ready when we checked in at 3 PM, which was frustrating after a long trip. The service was lacking, particularly with room assistance where some requests went unanswered. Dining was also a letdown, especially for Peruvian food, which didn't meet my expectations. I loved the beachfront location, though, with stunning views that made up for some of the other shortcomings.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The beachfront location is absolutely stunning, making it a great getaway. The rooms, while comfortable, were old and had a musty smell which was a bit off-putting. The service could use some improvement, as our requests were often overlooked. Dining was less than ideal, particularly the Peruvian restaurant which didn’t live up to my expectations. Overall, it’s a nice place, but there are several areas that need some attention.
I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it has its charming aspects, there were a few hiccups too. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, but the service left something to be desired, especially with our requests not being fully met. The hotel is located on a stunning beach with breathtaking views, yet the dining options could use improvement, particularly in variety. Overall, it's a nice place but not without its flaws.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. I loved the spacious and comfortable rooms, though I was disappointed that they weren't ready at check-in time after a long trip. The location on Bayahibe beach was simply spectacular, but the dining experience, especially at the Peruvian restaurant, didn’t meet my expectations. Overall, the service was decent but could use some improvement, especially in fulfilling requests.
The hotel had a lot of potential being located on a beautiful beach, but my experience was mixed. While the location offers spectacular views, the room service didn't quite meet my expectations. The room was ready late and had a bit of an odor. The amenities were lacking, and the dining options were disappointing, especially for a place that promotes a premium experience. Overall, I think there’s room for improvement.
